Accounts Assistant
Requirements	•	Computer literate and proficient in using the UBS software.
	•	Minimum 3 years working experience.

Purchasing Assistant (Puchong)
Requirements	•	Experience in manufacturing and construction industry.
	•	Minimum 3years experience in purchasing.
	•	Computer literate and proficient in using the UBS software.

HR Assistant (Puchong)
Requirements	•	Minimum 3years experience.

Quantity Surveyor (Subang)
Requirements	•	Diploma in Quantity Surveying with least 3 -5 years working experience.
	•	IT literate and proficient with spreadsheet and word processing software.

Technical Drafter (Subang)
Requirements	•	Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Diploma, in architectural/civil and structural or related field.
	•	Min. 2 years experience and knowledge in AutoCAD.

Inventory Controller (Subang)
Requirements	•	Minimum SPM/Diploma.
	•	Certificate in Warehousing and Inventory Management or related field.
	•	2 years experience in related field.

Production Supervisor (Subang)
Requirements	•	Minimum SPM/Diploma.
	•	Certificate in Warehousing and Inventory Management or related field.
	•	2 years experience in related field.

Programmer cum System Administrator (Subang)
Requirements	•	Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
	•	At least 2 years experience as database administrator in SQL environment.
	•	Assist in the implementation of projects and enhancements.
	•	Assist in technical feasibility study, evaluate and analyze user requirements, and recommend solutions
	•	Knowledge of Ms. Access, Crystal Report and Ms. SQL Server.
	•	Required skill(s): SQL Server 2000, Windows server 2003.

Contract Manager (Selangor - Petaling Jaya)
Requirements	•	Candidate must possess a Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
	•	At least 7-10 year(s) of working experience in Construction or in related field is required for this position.
	•	Must be prepared to travel outstation and overseas
	•	Must be a team player, independent and result-oriented with strong leadership skills
	•	Good interpersonal and communication skill.
	•	Must be able to work long hours.
	•	Excellent communication and presentation skills in both verbal and written English
	•	Preferably Chinese.
Responsibilities	•	Must be able to handle tender bidding (tender prequalification and tendering process) and well versed with market price
	•	Must be able to lead and manage pre and post contract activities of different projects
	•	Able to handle contract administration while ensuring accurate and timely submission of tenders and claims.
	•	Must be familiar with P.A.M., CIDB and JKR contract
	•	Must be able to monitor and control the construction cost

Project Manager
Requirements	•	Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture or related discipline;
	•	Minimum 7 to 10 year(s) of working experience in projects management and construction;
	•	Possess excellent Project Management skills for managing multi-disciplined team from conceptual phase through construction and commissioning;
	•	Able to liaise sufficiently and effectively with statutory bodies, consultants, contractors, suppliers and site workers
	•	Possess own transport

Store Supervisor (Selangor - Petaling Jaya)
Requirements	•	Experience in manufacturing industry.
	•	Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in controlling store.
	•	Able to work independently and long hours.
	•	Good leadership and communication skill.
	•	Able to work both independently as well as part of a team.
	•	Must be prepared to travel within the Klang Valley.
	•	Computer literate.
	•	Able to communicate in English and Chinese.
	•	Preferably Chinese Male.
Responsibilities	•	Supervise the Storekeeper.
	•	Must be able to handle all in coming and out going of factory goods.
	•	Able to handle, record and update all documentation accordingly.

Site Supervisor
Requirements	•	3 years working experience in the construction industry
